11. Service Providers

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

We use Google Analytics which is an analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. Additionally, we use Firebase provided by Google, Mixpanel provided by Mixpanel Inc and Hotjar that captures and analyzes your usage data to help us make our Service experience better. We also use Rudderstack for Customer Data Platform (CDP) and CleverTap for integration of app analytics and marketing.

12. Remarketing

Programiz uses remarketing services to advertise on third party websites to you after you visited our Service. We use third-party vendors, such as Google, Facebook which use cookies to serve ads based on past visits to our Service. Programiz uses or may use advertising services to help monetize the Service. We use third-party vendors, such as Google which may use the information that it obtains via the third party cookies, web beacons, and other technologies in accordance with its advertising Privacy Policies. 14. Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

We send anonymized data regarding your in-app purchases and basic app app usage statistics (operating system, country, session count) to RevenueCat, our purchase validation provider, for the sole purpose of validating your purchases, unlocking features and detecting potential app problems.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. 16. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
